About

Mapping every site before work begins

Samedaysoft Business Digital grew out of a simple frustration: most sites we arrived at had no clear record of where services ran, where access points sat, or what condition the fabric was in. Owners and managers were making decisions from memory, and the first survey of the season too often turned up surprises that delayed work and blew budgets.

Our answer was a fixed, offline-first readiness assessment that any member of staff can run on a phone or tablet, even in a basement with no signal. We map the premises onto a standard template, photograph every metered supply and isolation valve, check for accessible drains and fire exits, and score each area against a simple red/amber/green readiness rating—no special software needed on site.

The output is a plain-English report as well as a digital map. You get a highlighted plan of the building showing where everything sits, a photo log tied to each location, and a prioritized checklist: what must be fixed now, what can wait until the next cycle, and what we recommend for seasonal or emergency readiness.

When a business calls in a sudden incident—a flood, a power failure, a denied access—our team pulls up that map before we pick up the phone. We know in the first minute which entrances are usable, which plant is accessible overnight, and whether the site can run while a zone is sealed off, so our advice is grounded in the building itself.

We built this process on the trade practices we learned serving utility companies and local authorities for years. We work the sectors that depend on premises being fit for purpose: retail, offices, surgeries, care homes, and community buildings. The day a site is ready enough for its own purposes is the day it stops being an emergency call waiting to happen.

Assessment walks that begin before you arrive

Engineered the same way a logistics rollout runs: validation, snap-to-correct details, reference workflows. Minimal office overhead, clarity inside your operation. Good assessment begins long before boots hit the floor.

Our work

A survey’s shape: recent project records

A surveyor walking a retail park corridor with a high-vis vest

Hawthorn Retail Park

Critical updates logged before seasonal close.

Mapped unit addresses and access points that originally gap-bridged your forecast. Photos on a captured mount to remember where the drain stood. Every roof valve foot-labeled on the digital map: boiler, sewer to flare. Site ledger updated, next visits priced before Q4 Q&A.

A surveyor crouching at an office desk checking piping access

Lattice House Offices

Weekly scoring brought across an entire open-plan floor.

Split the floor into eight readiness zones and charged the same half-day each week for the full circuit: fire points and first-aid first, then extraction low-level vents and the make-up unit louvers. Floor finds scanned early, ducts flagged, invoice sent on measured growth output, not days on site.

An inspector examining under-sink pipework in a community hub kitchen

Granary Community Hub

After-election kitchen breakdowns capped though staged regs.

Historical permit photos reinterpreted off-pattern. Steward daily wall checklist re- trained, weekly visit confirmed to back-office fields; each inspected pairing triggered an automatic request for next slot. Sone removed ahead regs, sink drains at photo contrast recorded on digital site record.

A survey session from inquiry to closed record

1

File call

Client contacts with premise label and intended work set; or staff file forms from local walk with phone first-sweep.

2

Record template

Existing council dockets brought into map geometry, entry points flagged no-go sectors days before user day.

3

Field Read

Surveyor captures gate-state, records isolations, scoring thresholds live beside the found images on same devices.

4

Closed hand-over

Graphs and one-line status emails issued that day; call window config saved for future incidents.

SBSamedaysoft Business Digital

Sameday soft status reviews for every zone you operate.
