How quickly can you assess a building?
We usually complete a walkthrough within three working days of your call, and your manual is sent on within longer for a complex site like a three-floor block, or sooner for a single showroom floor.
Do you work on site out of hours?
Yes, we work outside normal hours for operational or public-access sites, and we always agree the absence of noise or disruption clear of your operations before booking.
What if my building is not office space?
We already ready warehouses, depots, food, retail and light-industrial premises, mapping a wide range without compromising on real floor edges or blind spots.
Are your forms delivered printed or online?
You receive a printed sheet double-sided, ready for a clipboard, and a Word file you can adapt and reprint on the password-protected client portal.
Will you give me a price by email?
As a rule, a closed price requires a confirmed survey date: building dimensions influence the access work, but a like-for-like cost on normal domestic cases shows a short fixed figure upfront.
Can you link my premises to local authorities?
The map is not integrated with their database, but we pair each location to the Licensing team at its resident authority and issue a print copy on your company letterhead.
