How long does an assessment typically take?

For most properties we can complete a visual survey in an hour, but larger sites with multiple floors usually need two. We agree the expected duration before we arrive.

Will you cover travel distance?

We operate UK-wide, with no charge for the first 50 miles from our base. Beyond that we wrap a travel fee into the assessment so you I don't stretch your budget.

Can you serve our entire chain of shops?

Yes. We provide scheduled surveys across a multi-site portfolio, consolidating findings into one report. A single agreement keeps every inspection to a consistent standard.

How soon after the survey do we get the report?

A clean summary in up to five working days. If you have a deadline, bid our Gantt chart with all maps urgent. We keep blank daily report reviews on the next day up.

Do we need to prepare anything before the visit?

We only need basic access to the premises and details of any utilities, hazards, or restricted areas. Share photos if handy—it helps us plan the itinerary better.

What happens if the site has changed before we start?

Simply update us before the appointment, and we will re-scope promptly. Refits and re-instructions are partners' second requests.
